What areas do you service?

Our primary service areas include Greater Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane metropolitan regions. For regional locations or interstate requests, please enquire—we often accommodate travel for larger events.

How far in advance should I book?

For private lessons, one week's notice is typically sufficient. Private chef experiences benefit from two weeks' planning. Catering events require minimum three weeks, and weddings should be booked at least three months ahead.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and other dietary requirements are standard practice for us. We also work with religious dietary laws and can accommodate most medical dietary needs. Please specify all requirements when booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund with 14+ days notice before scheduled service. 50% refund with 7-13 days notice. Within 7 days, no refund is available, though we can often reschedule depending on availability.
