2. Services Description
opal-seed provides culinary education, private chef services, event catering, and meal preparation services. Specific service details, including pricing and availability, are provided on our website and may be updated periodically.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
3.2. Prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3.3. For private lessons and private chef services, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
3.4. For catering services, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to the event.
3.5. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during the booking process.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
4.2. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund.
4.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
4.4. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
5.1. You must inform us of all dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances at the time of booking.
5.2. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
5.3. We accept no liability for allergic reactions where the customer has failed to disclose relevant information.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. For services conducted at your premises, you must provide a safe, clean, and adequately equipped kitchen environment.
6.2. You are responsible for ensuring that all guests are informed of any known allergens in the food served.
6.3. For cooking lessons, you must follow safety instructions provided by our instructors.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of opal-seed or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
